Early Bird or a Night Owl?

What are you?

Last couple years I'm a night owl 3am bedtime

Not an early bird, i'm a night owl.

Night owl all the way but now more like 12-1am then all nighters like a year or so ago. I still get up 8-9am

Early bird, driven mad by my night owl daughter working late and needing picking up.

Night owl I find the mornings quite hard work but that's because my children our early bird's like their dad.

I am definitely an early bird but breaking all the rules now by being on here at 1.23am. So hot!

My sleep schedule is determined by my son. Most nights I'm an early bird, if he has a day time nap then it's slightly later. Even before I had him I would be in bed by 10pm.

Are you conducting a survey or is it just for points?

Neither, hate getting up and love going to bed 12 hour shifts drain me

Early bird always have been. Less idiots around first thing in the morning as well

Definitely night owl, can easily stay up till gone 1am but struggle with early mornings

I’m both unfortunately back pain makes it dam near impossible to sleep so I dread going to bed and can’t wait to get out of it

I’m more of a night owl, not by choice, I just can’t get to sleep. I envy people who can sleep all night.

I'm both love going to bed late at like 3/4 am and wake up at like 7am

Early bird if not in work in pjs with kids at 8.00ish otherwise early as I can. I read for a while then watch something with OH and couple of times a week a few beers
