If you have disabilities/conditions that mean you need to use more water than average or if you have 3 or more children of school age and receive child tax credits or certain other benefits you can get your water bills capped. It has saved us a fortune, I have only just realised how much now that we'll no longer be eligible next year. I hope this helps many of you!

I didn't know about this. I don't quality but it is interesting that Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis is on there but not IBS.
