Have you returned anything after Christmas?
Around 60% of us will receive at least one unwanted gift during the festive period.
I haven’t returned anything because I didn’t receive anything. Over the years I have purchased gifts, especially for my mum and it’s become a joke that every year she wants to return one of her presents, even though she asked for it.
I tried to return an item at a shop that I changed my mind about. I got them something else instead. I was still within 30 days but unfortunately there policy was only to give a voucher for future use, not money back which is inconvenient for me as I never go there usually.
ChelsieLou90 What reasons did you need to regift? Was it just not something you would use or worse allergic?
Nope nothing. I love all my presents I got. My son was the same and I told everyone if buying clothes he’s whatever size so we didn’t have to take them back
Surprisingly no, everything we purchased for our children has been great with no issues
I haven't returned anything as I didn't receive anything to return! I got money from my inlaws and a gift card from my parents, so I got to buy what I wanted.
I bought my granddaughter a kitchen and the 2 doors are missing I have messaged the company still waiting on a reply I had to send photos iam hoping they will just sent the doors out instead of sending the full item back as its a huge box
I ordered a book that didn't arrive in time for Christmas day. I complained. They said sorry and gave me a 20% discount on a full price item on my next order. Offered no other solution. However, I knew i could refuse delivery and get a refund buy was not told that.. So that's my return story
Have returned an airfryer which i bought for myself- unused- for which Tower kept £6 out of my refund for 'admin' so im never buying direct from retailers websites again! Ive not returned a ĝift though
I haven't returned anything myself but I work in retail so I've processed a lot of returns this January!!
