Do You Think Its worth Buying a Costco Membership?

Do you think it’s worth buying a Costco membership? I live about 100/120 miles round trip from one. I see people talking about it but what kind of things do you get and is it really cheaper than other places?
My Cosco Is 15 miles from me and Its free with my company. I dont have the membership or want It. They sell almost anything as far as I can tell. Yours Is a ridiculous mileage. Is It or will It be worth It? They do online shopping as well. Maybe Its best to check the website out and compare.
I have a Costco membership but I’m only 18 miles round trip for me, and I often pick up a few bargains, my last purchase was a TV and it came with a five year warranty, and delivered to my door as I ordered on line, I’ve just ordered a celebration cake to pick up on Monday, I also fill up my car with petrol as it’s cheaper to fill my car up there,

leeanngor the cakes are definitely delicious the 6 pack of chocolate muffins buy one get one free so you get 12 for £8 and you can freeze them
Not a decision I need to make as the nearest is Bristol I think and I would have to spend so much in petrol and time to get there and back.
BonzoBanana unfortunately I don’t know how far Bristol is from you. But for me I’m on the cusp. Could it be worth it every few months if I can tie in the trip.
My partner & I were members of Costco in Sheffield which is 2.9 miles from us but I don't know if we still are as we hardly go..
Costco petrol is cheaper, I went with my friend a few times years ago & let her fill her car using my card as her partner's had just expired..
You can get a cheap food in their on site Cafe,nothing fancy ...
janphoenix51 sounds like it’s not quite worth it if you’re only a few miles away. My husband and I both have electric cars, the advantage of cheap petrol isn’t there for us. That being said it would have used a lot of the savings getting there. Thank you for sharing your experience.

I hear the Meat is absolutely beautiful, an ex colleague used to stock up for her daughter & herself monthly when she went to Costco .
I think if you are planning to travel that far to go, I'd be wanting to fill a whole van with stuff
