2-Kilograms of White Potatoes

Peel and chop 6-medium potatoes, rinse and boil. Use a fork to test softness (usually 15mins on high heat). Once satisfied, pour into colander to drain and then place in a mixing bowl. Add milk, butter, salt and pepper and use a potatoes masher to mix. Increasing milk will give a softer mix. Once all mashed, heat for 1-min in microwave, and serve.

Serves 3-4 adults.
