How to use:

Wellbeing Soak:

Pour under running water to instantly create a bath of pure luxury

To really reap the wellbeing rewards, soak for at least 10 minutes

Do take care when getting out of the bath and wash your bath after use to remove any residue

Body Oil:

Pour a small amount of oil into your hands, inhale and apply directly to the skin

Massage in for an amazing skin-smoothing treat

No need to wait, clothes can be worn directly after application

Travel Candle:

Burn natural travel candles for a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 4

Trim the wick before every use to no shorter than 5mm

As you inhale the relaxing fragrance, practice mindful breathing techniques... breathe in through your nose for 7 seconds and out through your mouth slowly for 11 seconds
