If you’re wearing a Sunflower lanyard, our colleagues will understand that you have a hidden disability and that you may need a little extra help or time. However, they won't know what your particular disability is, or what challenges you may face. If you have specific requirements, please ask one of our colleagues for help.
How to get a Sunflower lanyard
Free Sunflower Lanyards are available to customers with a hidden disability. Ask at the customer service desk in larger stores, or at the checkout in smaller ones*. You don’t need to provide proof of a disability.
- Get Tesco Clubcard - You get points, rewards, coupons and exclusive Clubcard Prices.
- Use our free supermarket price comparison app - see if Tesco is cheaper than Aldi, ASDA, Iceland, Morrisons, Ocado, Sainsbury's and Waitrose.
- Minimum order value is £25 for free click and collect, otherwise there is a £4 fee.
- Join our Facebook Group, Cheap Supermarket Cooking. Members share supermarket deals, recipe ideas, and what's cooking at home.

You see, if Tesco hadn't promoted these Lanyards on their website, then I wouldn't have known about them, and therefore, I wouldn't have posted this freebie, simples! 
I got one from Argos before COVID so might be worth a try as Google doesn't say they have stopped

I've got one not from Tesco's but I got one anyway so I'm being exempt from when everyone had a face mask covering I could wear one because of being issues
