Major Change Coming To Amazon Prime Video & Members Are Not Happy
A big shakeup is coming to Amazon Prime Video. If you're an avid Prime Video user, brace yourselves: they're introducing advertisements into the mix next year.
From next year, Prime customers will face ads on Prime Video, unless they're willing to splash out an extra $2.99 (£2.44) per month for an ad-free version.
Alex Croft at The Mirror reported that while Prime Video customers are expressing disappointment with this new change, Amazon has chimed in. They've said that they're aiming for “meaningfully fewer” ads compared to other streaming platforms. Sounds hopeful, but we know ads can be pesky.

They already have adverts on videos!! Yes it may be just one ad for their own titles before your video begins, but it’s still advertising!
