We've perfectly portioned our diced steak for you to create delectable kebabs at home. Our butchers have taken cuts from the rump of our beef, trimmed them meticulously then diced them into evenly sized chunks.

Traditionally known as 'shish kebabs' which literally means roasting meat on a skewer, kebabs were an easy and simple way for nomadic tribes to eat on the go. Originating in Turkey, kebabs have now expanded into most cultures in some form or other, to dishes like Satay in most Asian cuisines and Yakatori in Japan.

It's best to use metal skewers, but if using wooden, remember to soak them thoroughly in a tray of water so they don't burn on the grill. Try adding peppers, sweetcorn and halloumi to add colour and vibrancy to your bbq spread.
