We’re now twenty-two Days into 2024. To those of you who have just tried our beer for the first time – welcome, it’s great to meet you. To those of you coming back for more I’d like to thank for your continued support - we hope you’ve had a cracking start to the year.

It might come as a surprise to some of you (considering what we’ve been building here for the past 3 years) but this is the first time that I’ve gone totally dry during January. After a big Christmas period, I’ve really enjoyed taking a break from the booze and have noticed an instant impact on my overall wellbeing.

I’m sleeping and recovering better, and have noticed a marked improvement in my energy and productivity levels as a result. I’ve also lost a wee bit of weight (which is always nice) but, as ever, the biggest impact I’ve noticed has been on my mental health - and I am feeling less anxious and generally more positive on a day-to-day basis.

However, above all of these benefits, the most refreshing thing has been the lack of compromise which Days – and a host of other great alcohol-free products – have allowed. I’ve been to birthdays, engagement parties, work drinks, hosted friends, and even gone on a stag do this month.

And at every single one of these occasions, I’ve been drinking beer (great beer if I do say so myself). That’s really why we started this whole thing and it's been amazing to see it in action this month. We've always been about doing more - more with our time and enjoying more beer, in more occasions.
