Customer Notice

We are now using DPD Next Day service to deliver your orders. DPD currently collects our parcels at 12noon, and our warehouse team would carry on picking and packing orders in the afternoon. Hence some customers may receive a text message and an email from DPD saying that your parcel is on the way, but it may not turn up the follwing day. We are working hard with DPD to re-schedule the collection around 3pm so that all parcels prepared would be collected on the same working day.

Most orders placed over the weekend will be prepared on Monday / Tuesday, dispatched on Tuesday / Wednesday, then get delivered on Wednesday / Thursday, in light of the current collection time of DPD parcels at 12noon on Monday.
