I bought a scooter for my sister not to long ago and I must say I am very hapoy with my experience and personally I had no issues at all the item came packaged well snd delivery was pretty quick also so that was not an issue. I didn't have to contact customer service but I would say that's a good thing!
Bought one of these for my granddaughter's birthday and she loves it. She has been wanting one for ages and never lost interest. She is constantly on the scooter and it was money well spent. Delivery was free and the scooter arrived after 4 days of ordering so not too bad.
I have just ordered from Micro Scooters as they had save 10% when you buy 2 scooters which is my littles one sorted for Christmas. They arrived in perfect condition and as described. Delivery was fast and free and came inside a cardboard box so you can't see what's inside which is great if you have little people at home who are already counting down till Santa time.
