On Mobile you can find the button at the top of the menu on the left-hand side -

On the Latest Deals app, tap the '+' icon in the centre of the bottom menu.

I feel that more points should be given to 'freebies' that have been shared, as they are used in the WhatsApp mailings that go to member, and so have more value than 'deals' that are shared.
Freebies are just clickbait for companies to get hold of someone's email and contact details .
Personally I would ban them on the site to save gullible members from potentially becoming victims to fraud .
Remember " there is no such thing as a free lunch " !
Golfforall Many freebies don't even exist sadly. I have applied for loads in the past and a lot of them never turned up.

i agree that people should get more points for freebies. {like} if you agree to the comment because it is not easy to find freebies as deals because not everything in this world is mostly free
most are deals obviously brands and stuff.
