Help - Why Has My Chat Thread Been Closed (Or Comments)?

Hello!
We have created a new feature which lets Chat threads become 'Closed'.
You'll start to see some Chat threads with a lock symbol:
We will close Chat threads primarily because we have answered the question.
This helps us keep track of which issues we have fixed and answered 
You can always create a new Chat or contact us.

An option to hide locked threads would be cool, I'd say. It's like the same case for expired deals.
