How Lucky Are You ?

I had a good streak about 6yrs ago - won engraved wedding rings, few room decoration for our reception, free Swarovski earrings, and a few other bits while wedding planning. Then I got married and all my luck stopped lol

I've won £100 restaurant vouchers which is the most I have won. I have won the odd voucher here and there but not really anything big.

I have won some right random things over the year, such as dorest cereal and a year supply of shreddies

If I didn't have bad luck I would have none I was super surprised when I won one of those message boards that light up

I’ll keep on trying tho..... you never know And all that

£7000 hol to Mexico, £2000 thomas cook voucher, £500 of maternity clothes, Amazon Kindle, alpaca trek, sheep footstool, coffee plant, coffee machine, £50 pets at home voucher, box of shampoo and conditioner, box of Jo and Seth’s popcorn, my sofas restuffed , £100 cash, trip to Scotland, etcher sketcher! Other bits as well, can’t remember. Been entering for 20 years, past couple of years enter around 100 a week

The best comp I ever won was from classicfm. It was 4 separate trips to 4 European cities to see four concerts/opera. It included flights, 3 nights each time in posh hotels and £500 spending money each time. Milan, switzerland, Germany and london. Nothing as good since then but I reckon that used up my quota of luck!

I'm not very lucky but it is fun to enter competitions and you just never know. The lottery on the other hand I don't bother with at all. I know some people who seem to have very lucky streaks.

I started entering in April and won a hotel night in the Cotswolds, 2 tickets for a theatre play, 2 vinyl records (2 separate comps) , a hair mask and a fake tan product. So I'm quite lucky I guess!

Not lucky....

it is not so much luck as the fact that so many people are entering and therefore lessens the odds I would give it up if you don't win unless you love it

I have started comping in Feb last year, and here's some of the stuff that I have won:

• £300 cash
• A laundry basket
• A cushion
• A Milton antibacterial cleaning kit
• A huge Swizzels sweets hamper
• £1,000 worth of cordless gardening tools
• A load of crisps
• Solar lamps for camping
• A box of chocolates

I like to enter around 100 comps a day, or maybe close to 200 on a good day. I hope you win more stuff. Good luck.
