I see the notre dame has reopened after 5.5 years of closing following the fire that nearly wrecked it. What's mad it's kinda been forgotten about even though it's only 5 years ago but we've had a pandemic since then.
sallylester1 probably because so many are struggling to live that it could be perceived as not caring about those in poverty or rubbing their nose in it

It really doesn't feel like it's been 5 years, time passes so quickly. I watched an interesting documentary on curiosity showing them rebuilding it and how they were trying to recreate as close as possible with the same materials xx
I last went over 40 years ago and I was much too young to appreciate the place.I was more caught up with cafes and young fellas!Quasimodo must have better living conditions now.Seriously though.Must have cost and arm and a leg to rebuild it but brilliant that it has finally happened.
