Premature Baby

Ask a Question

I was catching up on Corrie last night when I started crying my eyes out over the baby seen when Berty was in his incubator... my daughter is 18 months now and still get so emotional over any scene like this.. when do you start feeling better and less emotional if ever ...

My daughter wasn't premature thank god but we had an emergency csection and I still get emotional 4years on if I see emergency csections on TV. I think it's more empathy for the other person though as you know how they're feeling.

A bit off topic to your question, but is there such a thing as a soap baby that has not been born premature? 🤔

Every birth, death and marriage on soaps has to be traumatic or full of high drama. Why on earth can't they have a normal event sometimes?

Lynibis Soaps are far too repetitive and depressing now.

I don't think it is something you will ever be less emotional about, as you will have empathy with what is going on. I had a really hard labour which ended in an emergency c section and I always feel it when there is one on TV. I can no longer watch call the midwife!
