But the horrific injuries she suffered were from being hit by a paraglider, while eating at a restaurant in Turkey
She suffered a broken back , a bleed on the brain, and broken ribs.
Thankfully she is back home now, but the treatments cost £58,000 in total
She didn't have insurance but some money was donated
I would have thought the paragliding school would be responsible unless it was privately owned , but there is no mention of this in the article

I'm guessing the size of her probably saved her life, she looks older than a teenager, I will keep my eye on the sky next time I'm in turkey lol

Well you would hope that the people who were on the glider, or the company that rented it out, would be held responsible.
That’s terrible. Poor girl. Yes, I would have thought the company would have to pay the medical bill
