The staff at the local Sainsbury's are always so friendly and helpful. The store stocks a huge variety of products and the prices are reasonable. Sometimes there are excellent in-store offers as well. I have not needed to ask for a refund or return a product. All in all I can recommend shopping at Sainsbury's.

I went to Sainsbury’s and there was plenty of staff in every department across the shop floor. So there was always someone close by when l and if you needed help. Went to the checkout and the member of staff was very polite and made small talk whilst I was packing but didn’t make me feel like I had to rush
