This is a great app for rides and also grabbing yourself a scooter in a city or large town. It is great for getting around and we use it quite a lot if we go away for the weekend without the car. The cabs are reasonable and cheaper than the local ones.
I’m not huge on ride share or using anything that involves giving my bank info to a company all.
When using Uber for the first time I was very surprised at how competitive the prices were.
Most of the drivers are cool and do there best to make sure I was comfortable. The only bad part is the lack of rewards we can get and the discounts are only temporary and they’re given when they want and added to our account through your wallet.
I’m very happy though, I’ve had no bad experiences so far. Just make sure you grab everything before you leave the car as they really don’t look to see if you left anything behind. I’ve found many things left by prior customers.
We have been a huge fan of uber for years now and used them all over the world and finally a couple of years ago came to our town/city so we can use them up here. The fact you can see where they are who the driver is what the cost is etc etc is just great and you dont have to stop off at the cash point to get money after a few beers. All those people trying to ban them should try and get a taxi in London late on at night as uber always delivers.
