8 Boots Beauty Dupes That Could Save You £308 On Charlotte Tilbury & La Mer
Deal hunters, if you're looking to save money on your next beauty haul, you need to see these 8 beauty dupes from Boots.
Dupes are items inspired by designer or high end products. They aren't exactly the same, and will have different formulas, ingredients and packaging. However, they aim to give a similar effect for a fraction of the price.
Savvy shopper Eilish Stout-Cairns took to TikTok to share the 8 beauty dupes she always buys from Boots to save £308.
She starts off with a Chanel dupe saying, "this Collection cream bronzer is a dupe for the Chanel Les Beiges Bronzer. Chanel's will set you back a whopping £46. Collection’s is just £8.99".
She goes on to share a dupe for the Dior Rosy Glow Blush. She says, "the Dior blush is trending on TikTok but it costs £36! This Natural Collection blush is a a nice alternative and a steal at only £1.99".
Next she shares a dupe for a beauty accessory. "The Boots blending sponge is a dupe for the Beauty Blender. A Beauty Blender costs £18 - ouch! This similar option from Boots is only £1.35 with an Advantage card".
She continues, "this Collection contour stick is a dupe for the Fenty Beauty Match Stix Skinstick. The real thing costs £25, compared to the Collection one which is just £4.99".
She then shares a skincare dupe saying, "La Mer skincare has an excellent reputation, but the prices are eye-wateringly expensive. I found this Avene Cicalfate+ Cream and think it's a great alternative to the La Mer Moisturiser. La Mer's costs £150, where as the Avene cream is only £9.50".
Next are two Charlotte Tilbury dupes. First, she says, "this e.l.f. Halo Glow foundation is a dupe for the Charlotte Tilbury Flawless Filter. Charlotte Tilbury’s? £39. e.l.f.’s? £14.
"And these collection liquid wands are dupes for the Beauty Light Wand. Charlotte Tilbury’s cost £30 each, whereas Collection’s are just £5.99".
Her last recommendation is, "this Maybelline liner. It's a dupe for the KVD Beauty Tattoo Liner. KVD’s is £21, while the Maybelline alternative is only £9.99".
With those 8 dupes, Eilish managed to save around £308
on her beauty haul - not too shabby!
Tom Church, co-founder of money-saving community LatestDeals.co.uk commented, "beauty dupes are an excellent way of getting a designer look for less. If you can swap out even a couple of your beauty regulars, it could be very healthy for your bank account!"
