I recently used this service, took my nan too as she's getting older and needed help hearing. The staff were wonderful and helpful for her. I can not fault the service she received. I rang Boots hearing care and the friendly person on the line helped me book an appointment promptly. I visited Boots hearing care on the day of my appointment. I was seen by an experienced audiologist who was very friendly and helped me feel comfortable. I felt i was in an experienced and qualified hands. My results came out fairly quickly and the audiologist explained it to me in simple terms. I'm very happy with the Boots hearing care overall.
