One thing I will say about this company is their customer service is second to none. Recently I purchased an item from them and I needed to query something so I rang the call centre. The lady I spoke to was absolutely fantastic and couldn't have been more helpful. The product I ordered arrived really quick timeframe was well packaged and I couldn't fault, the service I received. I would not hesitate to recommend this company, especially if you bring them to place an order as the staff are so friendly and helpful

This is a really good shopping channel if you love Jewellery. The prices are really good and you get lots of information about the piece you are buying. Delivery is only £3.95 and that includes anything you buy that day. So if you buy three items then you only pay £3.95 which I think is fair.

A bit hit and miss. Items always well packaged and delivered quickly, but the stones are often heavily flawed and the colour not always amazing. That said, I’ve had done fantastic bargain and own many, many pieces which I love. Don’t be fooled by the price drop concept. They have a price it will go to and is nothing to do with how many buyers there are, or how many pieces are left.
