I have always had a very positive experience with giffgaff. The network coverage is good but there are a few areas where I do struggle to get a constant signal(it is rare but has happened a few times and during them times my calls drop in and out which can be annoying). The internet connection is very good too .
COST: Their goodybags are excellent value and start from as little as £6 for unlimited calls and texts , and 1 gigabyte of data . The goodbags go up in price depending on how much data you require as all goodybags offer unlimited calls and texts. For 12 gigabytes it costs £10 per month, 25 gigabytes is £15 per month and 80 gigabytes is £20 per month. You can change the size of your goodybag each month of you wish as you’re not tied into any contract. However if you wish to set up recurring payments your goodybag becomes a golden goodybag giving you a larger data allowance for your money .
CUSTOMER SERVICE: I have experienced a few issues where I needed to contact giffgaff and they resolved my problems promptly and very satisfactory. In fact they went above and beyond what I expected. The problems I experienced were my fault as I had messed up a payment but even though it was my own fault giffgaff sorted it out for me .
REWARDS: there is a reward programme where you can refer friends to giffgaff and for each friend that signs up using your referral code , you both receive £5.
I have been with these for some years now and I am satisfied with supplier. Their goody bags are very reasonable and they give you good deals on the higher end. I have recommended friends and family in the past and will continue to do so. I wish they would do a loyalty scheme.
I have been with GiffGaff for 5 years now and they are the best phone network I have used. I can choose monthly which package I want to purchase, which has been especially great during lockdown, as I was working from home and not going anywhere I could purchase a cheaper monthly goodybag so I wasn’t paying extra for mobile data which I was not using. They also give you an extra gig of data if you use all of yours which is also very helpful. I get monthly text reminders to top up so I know when my last goody bag has run out. I also get free giffgaff to giffgaff calls and texts which is great as my partner uses the same network so I am not using my minutes or texts when contacting. The customer service is also great, they constantly communicate new deals with you so you are always informed.
