I love taking the train and looking at the scenery and there is some great routes on the western side of the country. The staff have always been friendly and very helpful when directing me to my next connection and I find it more relaxing and quicker then going by car. Providing they are not striking.

I have been on a few Gwr trainings and on the whole they have been really good and mostly on time. I do realise that sometimes things can go wrong so I do try to allow them some slack when things go wrong. I find it more relaxing taking a train as I don’t really like driving in and around towns.
