What is Iguanas?

Las Iguanas is a well known local institution in the area that has been around since 1991. They are proud of their Latin American roots and spicy cuisine with an emphasis on premium cocktails for those looking to get pretty damn drunk as quickly as possible! Their philosophy is refreshingly simple; they want to bring Latin America's rich flavors, pleasures and joys into our daily lives. They source responsibly from suppliers that have been loyal partners for many years like Magnifica de Faria who grow sugar cane in Brazil using only local water during the distillation process!

They have a wide variety of dishes. Some of their best sellers include;

Chicken Enchilada. Spicy chicken, pepper, onion & cheese in a rolled tortilla with smoky chipotle sauce, on a bed of spring onion rice with refried beans & topped with cheese.

Vegetable Enchilada. Roast butternut squash, red peppers, spinach & cheese in a rolled tortilla with smoky chipotle sauce, on a bed of spring onion rice with refried beans & topped with cheese.

Chilli Con Carne. A rich chunky beef & black bean chilli, with spring onion rice & crispy blue corn tortillas. Choose a spiced butter to melt into your chilli:
