I have used National Express Coaches many times in the past, mainly for concerts. The staff are polite and helpful. Yes they can be expensive and longer journey times but I would rather spend longer on a coach than pay the extortionate train prices. I like that they put on services just for concerts and they stay and wait and bring you back.
I have used the National Express website several times over the past few years and have never had any issues. The website is well laid out and easy to find what you're looking for. Booking is easy and done within minutes with the email confirmation is instant. Sometimes on the website they have last minute discounted deals so it's always worth keeping an eye out.
When going to London , its normally a case of train or coach and when I catch National Express and the service I get at the price I pay means the service given is always top notch .
When you are stuck in traffic and the staff apologise to say sorry for the delay and give us an estimated time of arrival to where we are going is always what keeps your stresses away .
The coaches are always clean and it has been a pleasure using National express for 20 years+
