Using as delivery in bags ,much easier when you have mobility problems,you can move things a little bit at a time.... normally good quality fresh items , and had quick refund on odd one that is damaged etc.
Very wide rande of special diet items ,in my case vegan.
Often good offers on items but some base prices are more expensive than other supermarkets.
On some basic ranges a bit short ,for instance no cheap own brand jam...
Lots of M&S items if you like any of their goods more than branded items.
Delivery normally in the one hour time slot. On two occasions when not I received a phone call from the driver telling me about it and when he would arrive..only a little late or early too.
Now and then ,if you don't order , you get a good money off token of ten pounds. Also if you review a lot of items you may get items to try for free,in exchange for another review of the item.
Recently ordered online with Ocado and have to say from shopping on the webpage to my delivery all went smoothly. Took advantage of their reduced items and multiple buys, saving money on my groceries. Also used a discount voucher getting £20 off too when I ordered £60 worth of goods. Will be using them again.
I began to use Ocado during lockdown and have continued ever since. I particularly love that I am able to get M&S food delivered, although Ocado products have been very good. Delivery is extremely prompt and slots for a week where there's no 'special date' such as a Bank Holiday are usually available. Replacement items have been good.
The only downside has been products 'out of stock', a nuisance when I have already had a meal plan for the week.
I have to add that every delivery person has been excellent!
