Bad service and constantly no network. I'm in London so I should be covered 100% but it's not whT they say....rubbish network and broadband it's even worse, I have fibre unlimited and its always buffering, impossible to watch. I'm soon going to finish my contract and will be looking forward to better company, obviously will be more costly but if service is really good - I don't mind.

Very good service we have Internet at home and mobile from Plusnet they use EE network and the service is excellent and the price is very low only had to contact the customer service once and they were extremely efficient and helpful and sorted my problem straight away I definitely recommend them

I would recommend Plusnet to everyone. I have never once in 3 years had to ring them regarding my service. My service has never gone off even when other networks have gone down, even at New Years Year. Everywhere I go I get a signal. My network plan is also a steal, I get 10gb, unlimited minutes and unlimited texts, sim only for£10. I wouldn’t choose any other network. I am one happy customer. They offered me an extra SIM card for my husband. They said we could have them both for £9 a each per month. My husband said he can’t change networks because he feels disloyal to his current provider (GiffGaff). I think a lot of people feel like that or can’t be bothered with the hassle of changing network provider. I would definitely recommend using Plusnet.
