I have a great experience most of the time - especially in some of the stores with better ranges! I've never ordered click and collect but glad they are venturing out! Can get some really good things on sale as well, quality and variety has improved over time. Affordable, accessible, fashionable - three words I'd use to describe it!

Primark has got a great variety of clothing styles and designs. Primark also has amazing and reasonable prices for each piece of clothing. I find its an easy website to use to browse and find clothing or home decor items. Customer service is also there if you need any help

My local town has just opened a Primark which is great for me as I always used to have to travel miles twice a year to get summer bits and winter bits !!! Last week I went to the newly opened store with great excitement ! It was nicely spaced out so easy to shop and the staff were very helpful. I was a bit dismayed to see a security person at the door but I suppose that’s a sign of the times sadly. I bough 2 pairs of jeans at £18 a pair. I got size 18 and when home I tried them on and thought they fit like a size 18 should. The prices in Primark are fair as you get what you pay for… the quality of the jeans were ok, they won’t last forever but then they were only £18 each. I didn’t have any experience with customer service but all of the staff that I did have contact with were very smiley and helpful. I will definitely be shopping at primark more often now it’s closer
