Good variation of drinks although not keen on the coffee as it is bitter. My local store is kept clean. Nice friendly staff too. Great reward app, stars soon add up. However at another store disappointing to see. Very messy. Bin outside full. Rubbish on ground . The toilet not clean. Lack of toilet roll was empty! Drinks were okay though.

Starbucks at The Mall gave me a small size only. Thank you anyway it's still s very generous gesture for a cold afternoon. Considering the pricey £4.25 small glass drink it was given free. Customer service is good. Can't complain, the young lad was helpful. I hope all staff will be oriented better for their day's promo.

The good thing about this company is the standards between places. The staff is always well trained and in a good mood making the visit a good experience. The quality of the coffee is acceptable and the food lost, in my opinion, some quality during the last few months. It's also a bit pricey
