Cheap Halloween Sweets and Decorations from Tomorrow

Ask a Question

Hands up who is going out to buy cheap Halloween sweets, cakes, biscuits, and decorations from tomorrow?? 😁😂

I have never paid full price for Halloween decorations. I always buy them the day after Halloween for the following year.

I normally pick up cheap sweets etc for the kids coming to stay over the next few months. They don’t care if they are in Halloween wrappers, so it’s a win win.

I might nip to shops in the morning see what they have. Seen nice ones in Asda and the range but didn't fancy the price. Image

Imnotcheap they will most likely be less than half price tomorrow. I remember one year M&S sold the Halloween Colin the caterpillar sweets for 30p a bag after Halloween. They were £2 originally

Some shops started their reductions yesterday. Tbh they probably should’ve dropped their prices last weekend to shift their junk

PayItForward I found that the shops nearest to me didn’t do discounts, but in the next shopping district, where there is also a daily market, they dropped their prices

If I see a bargain & there's loads I buy & either gift or sell to family & friends at the price I bought them for ..

If there's only a few I leave for people that need more than me..

I was in Asda earlier today and noticed the reduced Halloween cakes (bottom shelf next to the freshly made bread rolls) and I paid 87p for Cadbury Mini Bonfire Logs, Mcvitie's Jaffaween cake bars x 2 at 62p each. Also, Mr Kipling's Toffee Apple Pies? and others I wouldn't consider buying.

jam45 that’s brilliant value. I haven’t been into asda to check what they have. I’ll maybe nip down later

Went into Aldi this morning and all the Halloween products were all very cheap. Brought several of the McVitie's cake bars for only 49p each.

My local Coop is still selling at full price. Checked it a few hours ago.

Not sure what they are expecting 😅

kikogpe wow. That’s crazy. Everywhere normally reduces them straight after Halloween. Maybe an oversight on their part?

PayItForward The shelves are still full, they probably mishandled the sales forecast. 😅

No one bought their super expensive stuff. 3x the price comparing with stores around.

kikogpe hahaha that’s so funny. They will have to discount them at some point to get rid of them lol 😂

kikogpe I agree with you. The Co-op is the worst for reducing seasonal stock. Asda and Aldi are the best in reducing the prices within 1-2 days of seasonal ending.
