You'll be sent a letter with details on how to claim your gift card, provided we've received full payment and you haven't cancelled your cover during the 14-day cooling-off period. If you have chosen to pay on an annual basis you will receive your voucher code within 6 weeks, if you have chosen to pay on a monthly basis then you will receive your voucher code within 12 weeks. Anyone know if/how you can get this if your an existing customer? Been with them years and years, the price keeps going up for us loyal ones
Awful, my flatmate had insurance going up and last year we looked for quotes online and got an even better cover for 200 less than before. I would say look for quotes and ditch them.

go on groupon,my wife gets full cover including recovery to home address every year.from which ever are the best deal. Dont be loyol to any of them.
I would like a piece of mind too, always wanted to try some fried brains, amazing how a car company can provide that! 
AA app was amazing and allowed me to track the engineer, the car was diagnosed and fixed in 2 hours, from start of the initial call.
15 mins engineer was there . AA best
Don’t get what this price gives you. Is it literally limited to roadside assistance but no towing to garage?
