Wow!, an amazing deal, very tempted, even if only for the crockery and Rose wine, has anyone ever ordered from here before?, new to me but still tempted

no issues some wine better than others but value for money
crockery is a type of white glass defo not China but takes up very little room
Love this deal, so just had a look on their website, if you sign up to their newsletter you receive a £5 voucher for your first order over £50 so maybe worth a look
Be careful ordering from these,i did an order before Christmas which was promised to arrive before.Cut a long story short the order never arrived and payment was taken immediately after I ordered not when shipped.Their customer service is shocking they bare faced lied to me ,on every occasion i spoke with them they told me a refund was in process…it never was.In the end i did a recall through my bank but i was only able to do this because i had screenshot all conversations through their chat.They will not email you confirmation of a return or refund etc as they know they are admitting that they’ve breached a contract.i Did finally get my money back but the stress just wasn’t worth it.
It seems I'm not the only one to have problems with this company. Before Xmas I ordered this deal. Yodel claimed they had delivered. They hadn't. After many, many emails and phone calls where it seemed it was my responsibility to chase it. They sent another. Yodel lost this one as well. I eventually claimed a refund from PayPal.
Damn me if a couple of days ago I didn't get another email saying my wine had been delivered.
