Why won’t it let me on to buy Starbucks please

cam85 because you need a costco membership and these deals are usually in the warehouse. You can only get that membership if you have specific employment…

You can get an online only membership but theres not as much and what they do have is often not as cheap as what you can get on either amazon or in the supermarket

donnadavis6658 the online one yes, its £15 a year, it doesn’t let you shop in the warehouse or buy the cheap fuel and you have to pay £5.99 per delivery

alexclifford88 If you do not have CostCo membership then you can buy Starbucks drinks from Iceland which is 3 for £3.

SheenaEllis thats if you’re employed by aa or rac… costco only give memberships based on employment, as i said previously. I wouldn’t shop there anyway, too expensive

I don't find that many things are cheaper than most supermarkets. Having said that, I find the cakes really good value

Some things in Costco aren't cheap. The Starbucks coffee comes on offer for £1 without buying in bulk. Like someone commented you need to be in employment to get the card. So it's not available to all unless you know a family member or a friend

mumstheword26 also more food waste as in very large packets if you live by yourself or small family

I have been a Costco member for many years, and whilst some things are very cheap, you have to be careful as not everything is! Been a while since I popped in so love seeing posts of what is in stock

You need a card to buy anything from Costco though

marie009 Yep, a membership card. And that's not mentioned on the post itself so folks who are interested, but don't know about it will be possibly disappointed with that extra cost.

By the time they add the VAT at the till it probably cost more than the Supermarket, unless they have long Dates on the Food items they will only be worth getting if you have a few people living in the same house, I live on my own During the Week so it wouldn’t be worth me buying anything Food wise

They're okay but not really what you'd call an amazing deal.

It would be better it Costco adheres to UK pricing and its prices reflect VAT as well! after all this is UK.

Things I buy from Costco are fruit 🍓🍑 like Blueberries, Avacado, disposable water bottles , microwave popcorn and fuel for the car . Maybe grilled chicken as well. Clothes are so expensive and rest is just very expensive clutter . Their toilet paper 🧻🗞️ is so poor quality. I never bought Costco membership but I know a few people who let me borrow their Costco cards.

The savings on the fuel go a long way towards the cost of membership. You do need to know comparable non Costco prices.
