Get £1.50 cashback when you play Set For Life
1) Every Player who:
- receives the relevant National Lottery promotional email directly from Allwyn Entertainment Ltd (“Allwyn”); and/or receives the relevant app push notification from The National Lottery Android and/or iOS application (the “App”) on their device; and/or sees the cashback offer on The National Lottery website; and/or sees the cashback offer on the homepage (and not via any other page) of the App on their device; and
- has a National Lottery Account; and
- uses that National Lottery Account to purchase two (2) Set For Life lines (excluding by subscription/Direct Debit) during the period from 05:00 on Wednesday 21st February 2024 until 19:30 on Thursday 22nd February 2024 (the “End Date”), for the Set For Life draw occurring on that End Date, (the “Promotion Period”),
will, subject to these terms and conditions, receive £1.50 cashback in the form of a credit (the “Credit”) into their National Lottery Account.
2) Players will not be entitled to a Credit if they:
- are not the addressee of the promotional email
or do not receive the app push notification from the App on their device
or do not see the cashback offer on The National Lottery website or do not see the cashback offer on the homepage of the App on their device, all as mentioned in paragraph 1;
- do not satisfy the requirements of paragraph 1;
- are not 18 or over and are not a UK or Isle of Man resident (proof of age and residency must be provided if requested);
- are an individual named on the Gambling Commission’s National Lottery prohibited play list, an employee of any Allwyn Group of Companies†, or any of their associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies, key subcontractors, their immediate dependent family, or agents;
- do not have an online National Lottery Account;
- have received the promotional email from anyone other than directly from Allwyn on behalf of The National Lottery; or
- have bought their Set For Life entry(ies) by subscription/Direct Debit. Purchases made by subscription/Direct Debit, will not be valid purchases for the purposes of this cashback offer.
3) In addition, only Players that satisfy the criteria in paragraph 1 and do not fall under any of the categories in paragraph 2 above will qualify to receive the Credit. If you have received the email, or the app push notification from the App, or seen the cashback offer on The National Lottery website or on the homepage of the App (each as referred to in paragraph 1), and made the required purchase, but are subsequently temporarily excluded from your National Lottery Account, you will be entitled to receive the Credit but will not be able to use it until your temporary exclusion has ended. If, however, you are subsequently permanently excluded from your National Lottery Account or have opted for a lifetime exclusion after making the required purchase, you will not be permitted to access your National Lottery Account in order to use the Credit and no cash alternative will be offered.
4) The Credit should be loaded into The National Lottery Account of the Player (that is the recipient of the promotional communication) within 2 working days (being Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after the Player has satisfied the conditions set out in paragraph 1, providing the Player does not fall under any of the categories in paragraph 2. Each Player will be notified by email or by app push notification from the App (where the player is opted in to this method of communication) once the Credit has been loaded. In exceptional circumstances, it may take longer for the Credit to be loaded.
5) Players are only entitled to one Credit, regardless of whether they purchase more than the number of lines for Set for Life specified in paragraph 1 during the Promotion Period.
6) The Credit can be spent on any National Lottery game(s) on The National Lottery website or the App, or it can be withdrawn from your National Lottery Account.
7) Allwyn shall have no liability for any system failure or other action or event which prevents a Player from accessing their email or National Lottery Account, purchasing an entry, and/or using their Credit (including, without limitation, if The National Lottery website or the App is unavailable at any time or for any reason).
8) In addition, no responsibility is accepted by Allwyn for any Credit lost or delayed in transmission.
9) Allwyn reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time by giving notice via email and/or on The National Lottery website.
10) The National Lottery Account Terms, Rules and Procedures (www.national-lottery.co.uk/) apply to registration, use of your National Lottery Account and when playing games online. Players must be 18+ and physically located in the UK or IOM.
11) If any of the provisions of these terms and conditions are held to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part that part shall be severed from the remainder of the provisions and the validity of the other provisions and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected.
12) These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
13) Allwyn reserves its right to reclaim the Credit if any Player is subsequently found not to have been entitled to that Credit.
14) This promotion is not a game forming part of The National Lottery.
