This is such a ridiculous price for a tablet and why has Apple given up putting decent image sensors in their products. 12MP is nothing, my Doogee T30 Pro tablet which I got for £80 from Amazon Warehouse was £80 but has a genuine 20MP sensor. This means I can use digital zoom more and still get good results as well as taking better photographs. I'm guessing the 12MP sensor in the ipad is perhaps more light sensitive so has good low light performance but personally I'd rather have better images in daylight. To me it just seems like something 3x more expensive than it should be, one for the brand snobs rather than people looking for fair pricing vs performance.
