Our signature sirloin steaks are sourced from grass-fed cattle from British and Irish farms, from native breeds including Aberdeen Angus, Hereford, Longhorn and more. We specially select the beef based on the excellent quality and marbling, and the beef is then matured for 28 days.

Sirloin steak has little fat, but there’s just enough to baste the meat when cooked to create a delicious, buttery texture that melts in the mouth.

Each steak is handpicked, cut and prepared to order by our expert team of butchers.
