Thyroid disorders affect an estimated 1 in 20 people, but around 60 percent of people don't know they have the condition, with women 5 to 10 times more likely to have the condition. Due to this, there has been a recent increase in people taking at home tests due to their convenience (results in 2-5 days), discreetness and accuracy (results processed from same labs as NHS testing).
If left untreated, it can put you more at risk to more serious conditions such as heart disease, infertility and even thyroid cancer.

Have used this before a couple of times and is a very good service compared with how long things take on NHS, some tests are quite pricey but this is a really big discount, wish I'd had it before.
These are very expensive and most test can be done for free on the nhs but I realise not everyone likes to visit their doctor
40% off? Sorry but to me, any test for cancer should be free. And those who do charge should be ashamed of themselves.
BambiBi yes. I totally agree cancer a business. I’ve been saying the same for years. Such a messed up world tho
All free on the NHS in uk. 55 and over is done as routine for everyone if you are concerned about possible symptoms it's free
StephanieAngl more and more people are waking to it, but still not many people knows that the success rate for Chemotherapy is only around 2-3%
Great to make people aware; I would first ask for the necessary testing via the NHS and use these as a back up option. Thank you for sharing!
I think such devices are very useful,it might save time and money for going to doctor. It`s important to detect first sympthoms of cancer fast to start treatement as soon as possible...
I lost 2 parents to bowel cancer within a short space of time. 20 odd quid for a test & a poss quick diagnosis is nothing. Early detection is key to surviving.
Please, I can't recommend all of you enough to do all the screening tests that the NHS offers you. Early detection is a prime factor to reduce mortality from cancer. I was studying Therapeutic Radiography and I have seen so many cases of advance stage cancer during my placement at hospital. Follow the recommendations of your GP and please, follow all the available screening programs
NHS offer free chlamydia tests and free HPV screenings for women, both are openly offered at all GPs.
TBH if you are at all worried see your GP (or Pharmacist). Yes I know you have to wait a week for an appointment but it will be quicker than these tests and it is / will be free. If you buy these and you have a +ve result, guess what? You will be told to see your GP!
50 to be tested in Scotland for bowel cancer screening. I had bowel cancer, when I was 29, now 53, thanks to early treatment. This type of test was not around at the time. However, hearing of more young people being diagnosed with bowel cancer, I think these tests are great for anyone who is worried due to history of bowel cancer in family.. No price tag for your life..
You can get these for £3.40 on ebay though I'm not sure how accurate or official they are!
These are tested in NHS labs though - I wouldn't trust a ebay test. Have used before myself - very easy to do and good service!
Could be useful for many although I would prefer to see a doctor. Thank you for highlighting these products!
Yea, NHS only give test to under 60s - should be for anyone, but this is NHS quality test and Is very handy.
I had routine screening just after I was 55 and was told I would get the home sample test pack when I was 60. I was 60 last month, the test kit arrived 5 days after my birthday, I didn’t do it straight away, posted it and had the letter confirming everything was ok one week later. I think that is great service and I will now get the home test every two years.
Great product and will take pressure off GPs and the nhs if its catching things earlier. Great share
If you've got symptoms then if this kit is accurate it could well save your life! Fantastic find, thanks very much for sharing and good luck
I never understood why someone would pay for these tests until this week when i tried to make adoctors appointment and she said I'm looking at 3.5 weeks now!! Worth it put your mind at rest
Never knew that such things exist.. Thank you so much for sharing the deal with us. Very useful for many. Always good to check once in a year
Initially unable to add the code, because I’m an idiot, managed in the end. Well worth it for the piece of mind
