Get 500 Boots Advantage Points (Minimum Spend £10) after Recycling 5 Items
To participate in the scheme, you will need to sign up for a Boots Scan2Recycle account and download Boots Recycle New App
Once the account is created, follow these steps:
Upload images of eligible Recyclables into your account - for a full list of eligible recyclables see here.
boots.scan2recycle.com/recyclable-types
Go to 'Recyclables'
Select 'Add Recyclables' and take a picture of the product (pictures must be of the whole product with the brand and product name shown - do not upload pictures of the barcode)
Use the drop-down select to label your items with the brand, product, and packaging type
Images are reviewed and verified within 24 hours Monday - Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
Once these are verified you will see them in your approved section in 'Recyclables', they are ready to deposit.
To deposit the items:
Step 1 - Visit a participating store
Step 2 - Scan the QR code on the applicable scheme recycling points in a participating store
Step 3 - Select at least 5 items to deposit in one go
Step 4 - Confirm the deposit by selecting deposit on the screen
Step 5 - Deposit items
The deposit will be verified, and if successful you will receive the reward voucher in your account.
You can click and collect from one of 2,200 Boots stores for £1.50.
Standard delivery costs £3.50 or free when you spend £25 or more.
This has to be the best recycling from any shop ever! This is so easy to do provided that you do upload your photos the day before because some do get rejected. This works with other offers as well but does expire three days after you have dropped off so worth doing on the same day as using the voucher code that gets emailed to you.

jillylovesyou I still haven't done mine yet I was in the other day to make sure they had the recycle box they do 
so I have to recycle my 5 items, then spend £10 iam always nervous doing things so takes me ages to eventually do it lol 
kate1310 it’s really easy. Add your empty ones to the app as and when you finish a product. They don’t expire once saved.
jillylovesyou I have the 5 items in my app they have been accepted, some didn't get accepted its just going into the shop. I get nervous about not knowing what to do, so I keep putting in off lol

I can recommend doing this, I do it every time I need to stock up on essentials, submit my empties take them with me and stock up on toothpaste and mouthwash 
the points add up quickly!

I’m now up to this amount recycled. The best bit about it is that you can combine with personalised Boots bonus points on your app, other Boots points offers and deals and cashback offers from Shopmium etc.
TobyWheddon the foil pack recycling is only in a few locations currently. It is part of the same app, but on a separate screen, and recycling drops for this packaging is done separately. The health and beauty recycling is far more widely available and there should be one near you.
