I have an 8th gen one it's so slow it's nearly unusable spend the extra and get one new, I've flashed the firmware and reset it its just old

For the price they're okay as a budget one but they tend to be quite slow and limited on what you can do

My advice, wait until black Friday and buy a new model directly from Amazon, they always offer amazing discounts on their own stuff 
Had so many of these amazon tablets, gave up eventually, and bought a Samsung. They end up running really slow, or they just stop charging. Plus, I've had one where the screen just went black.
