What can I expect each month?
As a member, you can expect a surprising hipster on your doormat every month. Every 3 months, you'll receive a matching bralette as a gift. That way, your set is always complete!
Each season (3 months) features a different colour theme. All items within a season are perfectly coordinated, but you can also mix and match different seasons. You have complete control over which set you want to put together!
When will I receive my free set?
After your registration, your free set will be in your mailbox within 4-7 working days!
When will my monthly items be delivered?
You will always receive your monthly item(s) between the 17th and 23rd of the month. The hipster and bralette are shipped separately. We deliver your new underwear for free to your home, right in your mailbox. Speaking of ultimate convenience!
Do you have a notice period?
Upon receiving your free set, you can try it out for 14 days, which is your cooling-off period. If you cancel within this period, you won't be charged, and your subscription will be terminated. After the initial 14 days, we require a one-month notice period for cancellations. If you cancel before the 20th of the month, there will be one more payment and one more delivery.

It is NOT FREE folks. Its a monthly subscription,and extremely difficult to cancel without them stealing extra money.my partner and i both had problems.also,after a few months the underwear elastic starts to stretch and the colours fade badly.do NOt get involved
Powerpopjimmyd I’ve been fighting for weeks for a refund because I cancelled and they keep saying you didn’t and it’s so difficult to get to speak to them I just gave up because they were so difficult stuff rubbish aswell
Absolutely awful underwear, I signed up and cancelled as soon as it was dispatched. Had no issues with cancellation. The underwear is glued on the seam and comes undone after a couple of washes. The bralette provides absolutely no support. The material is polyester and fades and stretches after a couple of washes. Mine went in the bin after a couple of weeks. Primark is much cheaper, as is Matalan and both are much better quality!!

This off was on a few weeks ago and got the same terrible reviews yet here it is repeated again. Regardless subscription deals are not for me.
I have a couple of sets and they fit lovely. I do wash them on a gentle wash, colours are still vibrant. As in regards to membership, you can easily cancel on the dashboard account.
I get annoyed when they say something is free then they inform you that you have to join for 12.99 a month etc, sorry but think freebies like this are a con sorry 
Gosh I really don't know how they can afford this deal? They look great but they must really trust their products to get new customers engaged.
ormejan they look good in the adverts, but are awful quality. Very cheaply made too. They rely on people either not reading the smallprint or forgetting to cancel in time
Don't sign up folks! It's not free, £12.99 subscription and not easy to cancel as well. Hence the READ CAREFULLY!!
No, no, no and if I can say it again… NO. This is a complete rip off. They get your details and once they’ve got them then you’ve no chance of just casually unsubscribing as they make it sound… it’s a long process, they act dumb, they say you didn’t read the t&c properly, they try aggression, they’ll do anything but cancel and give you any money back. Avoid it like Covid

I personally don’t think the women’s underwear is as good as the men’s, so much so I cancelled my subscription after my free trial was over
Not a great Company sadly. Customer Service is a shambles and you end up not being able to cancel your subscription. Avoid.
I’ve had a nightmare with this company and basically they will NOT let you off until you pay 2 amounts of £12.99!! Every email either auto generated or by an agent were ALL negative!! The only time I could stop is when I gave them a nasty review and they cancelled my subscription, but still asking for ONE payment of £12.99!! THERE‘S NO SUCH THING AS CUSTOMER SERVICES WITH THIS COMPANY UNTIL YOU WRITE A BAD REVIEW ON TRUST PILOT AND ONLY THEN YOU MIGHT JUST GET A CLOSURE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!
Please cancel your Auto payments with PayPal or any bank you use Immediately if you see the first signs of problem with this company. That way they have no way of taking your money in the future. Also open a dispute via your bank.

OnThatAss are a great company, I’ve never had an issue when I’ve had to contact customer services and I’ve cancelled and restarted plans easily via the website… I don’t understand how people are finding it difficult to cancel plans… unless it’s lack of reading what’s on the screen? The only issue I’ve had is that not every order has a cool sticker! 
I can't stress enough how hard it is to cancel. I can read the screen; I hit cancel, they still take my money and send me cr@ppy underwear. 3 times in all.
