Thanks for this, did it for the autoglym kit and only cost £1 for 6 issues. Cancelled after the first issue comes in the post

Never arrived

Neither did mine and I went direct and not through this page, never did check to see if they nicked my quid.

Never got them.

Got the first two issues on time (Nov 2019) but had to complain by telephone b4 the third and fourth ones were received. Since then NOTHING despite 5 more phone calls but was advised that the relevant issues had been sent. Instigated a Post Office investigation as mail not received.

Eventually spoke with a Supervisor at Auto Express' Subscription Dept (19/12/19) who admitted that the offer had been flawed via mis-communication within their company - the offer should have been 6 issues but at a £1.00 each plus a free gift. He agreed that I would receive a total refund of £23.99 as they had deducted £22.99 for 13 issues on 02/12/19. So far no refund nor any contact from Auto Express. I would assume that over the past two years they would have had hundreds if not thousands of subscribers for this offer and must have been aware of any problems

I have now e-mailed their Editor Steve Fowler of my complaints and await his response. It is not the wisest move to defraud a Senior Citizen who spent 40 years working for HM Customs & Excise.
