What Is The Minimum Download Speed?

  • The minimum download speed is the lowest speed we think you should get with this package.
  • You can test the speed to your hub in My BT. If it’s slower than it should be, get in touch and we’ll do our best to fix it.
  • If we can’t improve it within 30 days, you can leave your contract without penalty. This is because we’ve signed up to the Ofcom Voluntary Codes of Practice on Broadband Speed.
  • If you’ve got one of our ultrafast packages, you’ll also get a speed guarantee of at least 100Mb, and an upload speed guarantee of 10Mb. If you test the speed to your hub and it’s lower than it should be, you can claim £20. You can make a claim up to four times a year.

Nice deal,👍 but most people don't need 100Mb and a lot of the time you won't even get that speed.

In my opinion I'm Not sure I trust BT not to hike up the price, at a later date, in relation to any add on's you might add, that are not covered by the main offer....?

Not a bad price, but BT aren’t the best at sticking to their prices during contract. You can usually get a good cashback deal for them through Topcashback though. Image

Just buy a WiFi plug from amazon or argos for a one of fee of £11 and that will extend your WiFi to upstairs . 2min to set up aswell even though internet companies should guarantee you get Wi-Fi upstairs in the first place

I am so ****** off that I am unable to get this particular deal! I tried to get this deal by trying 2/3 different ways on their website. I am already with BT and have their Fibre 2 broadband package and I think this is the reason why I couldn't have it, although they were quick to offer me more expensive packages. Unbelievable! (°.^)

Think your self lucky, I have to pay full wack for broadband and I can only get 14mb maximum. I can see where the fibre connection ends from my house, but I am connected to the old copper wire. Bt have no intention to supply it to our village. I have the latest bt kit, with that stupid disc, my Wi-fi works better without it for some reason.

Sorry, rant over, look after yourself.

Thanks for making me laugh! Hey I rant over smaller things than that, plus your ranting is justified from what you say in your comment 😏
