It fastens around your waist with a fleece band with an adjustable Velcro closure for a secure and comfortable fit, while the carefully placed leg straps keep the skirt in place in all weathers.

Inside the skirt is a luxuriously soft fleece lining for extra warmth, while the outer material is a durable polyester-Oxford fabric. This is extremely water-resistant up to a 5000mm water column, and also windproof and breathable.
