The Death Stranding has broken the United States of America and infected most of its terrain with BT — terrifying and invisible dead creatures that were stranded in the world of the living. Take control of Sam Porter Bridges and deliver packages through this mysterious and unique take on America, including the terrifying BT, the essential BBs (Bridge Babies), and even the all-consuming Timefall.

Map Your Journey

Map your ideal path through the world to deliver the goods in the best condition you can. Will you take the shorter path and pass through BT-infested regions or take the long road and risk the Timefall decaying at your equipment? Your choices are crucial to the state of your equipment and the cargo that you carry.

Explore breathtaking landscapes of the post-apocalyptic US and embark on long treks across large canyons, vast green lands, and even deep forests.

Undertake the quest of a lifetime and reconnect all of America to ensure that everything can return to normality — or at much as it can in this post-apocalyptic setting. Meet a curious cast of characters and explore a mysterious tale signature of Hideo Kojima.

Social Strand System

Help out other porters by offering advice on routes, leaving valuable supplies, or even assigning cargo for others to deliver for you. The Social Strand System connects you with numerous other players across the world, where you and the other porters will be able to contribute to making America a more traversable environment.
