It keeps saying I have redeemed my voucher code EURO333 for my journeys from London St Pancras to Paris & return on the 0601am going & the 1615pm, but I have not? Please help me, as I'm trying to book train tickets from Newcastle upon Tyne to London Kingscross to coordinate my journey from London St Pancras to Paris. Same problem reported elsewhere, add return trains from London to Paris, sign up as a new customer, put the code in and it tells me I’ve already used it. Waste of time.
