This well-spiced Texan-style dry rub is a great all-rounder for adding that distinctive southern-America flavour to your barbecues this season. Developed in-house by our Executive Chef Jeff Baker, we've blended sea salt flakes, brown sugar, paprika, chipotle chilli flakes, ground cumin and herbs for a deep and punchy finish. A good all-rounder, this rub is perfect with grass-fed beef, free-range lamb, pork and chicken, making it an essential for your barbecue feast. Expect a warm kick from the chilli and depth from the brown sugar and cumin. Our rubs don't just stop at meat, we love mixing the spices through homemade mayonnaise for an easy burger sauce, or sprinkling over halloumi for a chargrilled Texan finish.
Use to taste - each pouch will be enough to season up to 4 kg of meat or poultry.
