There are better foldable than Google Fold, and cheaper than the discounted price, google is just stepping into foldables and these couple generations were not that great ( look up phone reviews) one plus has a great foldable which I'm planning to upgrade from my old Samsung fold 4.
Not too sure on this one, I bet it would take some getting used too but the price is expensive
Anyone who pays either of the above prices for a phone needs there head testing, afterall it is just a phone, if you can wait 12months, it will be less than half price.
HopeThisHelps I agree unless you really need to replace your existing phone it's better to wait until the price drops or look into buying a refurbished phone.
HopeThisHelps each to their own. If you have an interest in tech and can afford it why not? There's cheap and expensive versions of everything
I only upgrade my phone when it's needed - I don't do the 2 year cycle, but when I do replace it I know I plan to keep it for as many years as possible so tend to get the best one I can. The performance is good enough in most now, but the best cameras are still on the flagship phones.
I believe the only reason all phones are as good as they are for the price point is because people buy flagship devices and the companies improve their tech year on year within these, which trickles down to other handsets
