Oh is that so! Didn’t know it can be frozen wouldn’t it crumble if you take it out to defrost? I have heard can freeze cheese my family does it for grated cheese as they use it for homemade pizza

kitty88uk Yes it's freezable, just put the unopened pack into a ziplock bag so it doesn't get freezer burn and take out about a hour before you want to use it, keep in the fridge after, sorted
